The question that started it

People who look up an apple cider vinegar gummy are usually deciding between it and a spoonful of vinegar in a glass of water. That comparison is answerable. The trials that made vinegar interesting used roughly 15 to 30 millilitres a day, and a 525 mg blend in a 2.5 gram gummy cannot approach it. What the gummy has instead is a very high chance of still being taken in week ten.

Almost nothing written about these products makes that trade explicit, because making it explicit costs the writer a sale. We think it is the only comparison that matters, so it sits on the front page rather than buried in a footnote.

What we actually do

We transcribe the Supplement Facts panel and publish a photograph of it beside the transcription. We read the primary literature rather than other people's summaries of it. Where the label withholds something — and a proprietary blend always withholds the ratio — we say so instead of filling the gap with a number from somewhere else.

Three things you will not find here

No testimonials. We publish no customer quotes, no names, no star ratings and no review counts, because we cannot verify them and will not pass on an endorsement we cannot check.

No invented discount. Prices here are what the official checkout charges. Where we cannot confirm a regular price, there is no strikethrough and no savings total.

No medical claim. A supplement is not a treatment. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents anything, and the FDA does not approve dietary supplements at all.

How it is paid for

By affiliate commission, earned when a reader buys through a link on the site, at no extra cost to that reader. It is our only revenue. Disclosing it is not a formality — it is the reason the paragraph above about vinegar doses is worth reading, because it is the paragraph an undisclosed affiliate would delete.
